There are 2 pages.  One front, one back, for each format.

Everything is in Microsoft Word format.

When printed, each bird checklist makes a single sheet of
8 1/2 X 11 into a tri-fold.

IMPORTANT !! When you click on the pages a box may appear asking for a network password.  JUST CLOSE THE BOX (click on the X in the upper right hand corner).
